Danielle Gaudio Lalehzar
Danielle Gaudio Lalehzar is an enthused writer and executive producer with a lifelong connection to music. Growing up in recording studios and surrounded by musical artists fostered her passion, appreciation and enthusiasm for music and talent. Her father, Bob Gaudio, a legendary songwriter and founding member of the Four Seasons, inspired Danielle's love of music and lyrics with his iconic songs, including the timeless classics "Sherry," "Big Girls Don’t Cry," and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.”
Following the incredible success of Jersey Boys, Danielle became executive producer of the children's album Jersey Babys, which features new instrumental arrangements of Four Seasons songs.
Bob Gaudio
Bob Gaudio, renowned songwriter and member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, initially resisted the idea but eventually agreed to the project after persistent persuasion from Danielle. With his musical expertise, Bob embarked on the task of creating new instrumental arrangements, stripping the songs down to their basic elements and then reimagining them with violins, flutes, pianos, and mellow electric beats. He described the process as creating a "musical playground" where the familiar tunes could be enjoyed in a new and soothing way.
Robby Robinson
Robby Robinson, Frankie Valli's longtime musical director and keyboard player, joined the project as a co-producer. Despite being on tour with Valli, Robinson worked closely with Danielle, sending her clips of his progress via email for feedback. With Danielle's guidance, he fine-tuned the arrangements to achieve the desired sound, reminiscent of music from a music box.
Shannon Gaudio
The project became a true family affair, with Danielle's brother, Shannon, handling the art direction and designing the CD cover. With Gaudio's financial support, the album came to fruition, and after about a year of dedication, "Jersey Babys" was completed. The result was a collection of 13 tracks that captivate listeners of all ages, showcasing the power and beauty of Bob Gaudio's music in its raw form.
